Home fibre FAQ

Your upload speed matches your download speed. It matters more than most people expect: video calls where you are the one on camera, backing up photos and phones to the cloud, sending large files, and anyone in the house gaming or streaming out. Standard home broadband gives you a fraction of your download speed on the way out.

Routers start from $99.95 if you need one. If you already have a router you are happy with, bring it — we will tell you honestly whether it will keep up with the speed you are signing up for, because a five-year-old router will happily throttle a 500Mbps service.

Twelve months, with a once-off set-up fee of $129.95 and a $280 cancellation fee if you end it early. If you are moving, talk to us before you cancel — if your new address is in the footprint we would rather move the service than lose you.
